In the unlikely event that you have a bad experience with a company that you have appointed to do a job for you; and that company was found through The Home Pros Magazine, then The Home Pros Magazine will step in and try resolve the matter on your behalf. If we are unable to do so - we could (at our discretion) reimburse you up to $500 to complete the job or rectify anything that remains outstanding.
